Primary Purpose:
The purpose this role is to assist in delivering scalable technical solutions for Cydcor’s Order Management and payment system.
This will be done by designing, enhancing, and maintaining existing database-based solutions, working with, and building object-oriented scripts, and collaborating with other stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing Xactly Connect to integrate with other systems in the enterprise (e.
g.
, Salesforce CRM, custom-built ERP, accounting system, etc.
).
Troubleshoot/debug existing SQL pipelines and steps.
* Manage, enhance and support ETL and workflow processes which are implemented using python-based solution scripts.
* Aiding with the internal finance team to help executing payments using Xactly Incent.
* Design, develop and test reports and dashboards on Xactly Analytics for various paysheet related scenarios.
* Responsible for managing Xactly Connect to integrate with other systems on enterprise (e.
g.
, Salesforce CRM, custom built ERP, accounting system etc.
).
* Work with the stakeholders to develop and enhance database solutions for reconciliations, reporting, and processes flow.
* Development, configuration and administrative processes within the platform and related payment processes.
* Drive technology, business and Xactly adoption best practices.
* Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping and delivery of payment solutions.
* Other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or at least 3+ years of equivalent experience.
* Should be an expert working with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
).
* 3+ years of experience with database development by writing performance efficient SQL.
Able to construct, modify and troubleshoot database objects (stored procedures, formulas, etc.
).
Easily design and implement a business process into functional and efficient code.
* Experience with object-oriented programming languages (python is highly preferable).
* Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Individual must be self-motivated with high energy, strong technical and organizational aptitude.
* Possess excellent verbal and communication skills with technical IT and team members at all levels.
* Must have eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment and willing to learn new technologies and skill sets.
* Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Xactly sales performance management platform (Incent, Connect and Analytics).
* Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, etc.
)
* Experience with developing reports on Data Analytics platforms (Qlik, Tableau, SSRS, etc.
)
Working Conditions:
* Currently, In-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, work is remote the rest of the days of the week.
* Occasional travel in case of department or companywide events.
