We’re Looking For A: Senior Software Engineer (Brand & Retention) who is passionate about creating products and services to support our technology KPIs across multiple brands in the wellness and pet product sectors.
As a key team member, you'll have the opportunity to shape user journeys, enhance UI/UX, and drive impactful conversions through your technical expertise and creativity.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid or Remote) What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions for web optimization.
Work closely with designers to ensure seamless UI/UX enhancements integration and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive website improvements and user engagement.
Analyze customer behavior and leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
Conduct code reviews, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.

): Angular Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $114,100 - $152,200, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
