*Responsibilities:*
As a Full Stack Django/React/Python Developer, you will be responsible for:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React/Django/Python.
* Supporting front-end and back-end development tasks, including implementing UX/UI, React, RESTful APIs, and medical document workflow automation.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performing software solutions.
* Ensuring code quality through the implementation of best practices, unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.
* Diagnosing and resolving software defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt to ensure the highest level of application stability and reliability.
* Actively participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's processes, tools, and technologies.
* Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the capabilities of the software stack and improve overall product quality.
*Qualifications*:
* Startup experience designing and building product from scratch.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to manage tasks independently and consistently deliver high-quality results.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a focus on React, Python and Django, RESTful APIs
* Experience working with Databases (specially PostgreSQL), WebSocket, AWS Lamba, React and/or Vue
* Familiarity with ML, OCR, GPT and Prompt Engineering
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a diverse, globally distributed team.
* Demonstrated experience with Docker, LocalStack
* Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and proficiency in utilizing them for collaborative development.
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies and a track record of applying them in real-world projects.
* Experience with Python RPA, Power Automate, and web crawler is a big plus.
* Living in Los Angeles area and willing to work in the office 3 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.
