After school teacher-specializing in younger children learning to read

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students - Create a positive and engaging learning environment - Teach various subjects to students, including math, science, language arts, and social studies - Use effective teaching strategies to promote student learning and understanding - Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment - Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Valid teaching certification/license - Experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment - First aid certification is preferred but not required Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.
