Hydrogen Fuel Card - $1

I have a toyota mirai fully paid off and I do not use the car as usual.
The fuel card will eventually expire with me not using it.
I am willing to sell the card as is for half or meet up with you to fill up at any of the hydrogen fuel station for 25% off that is near me.
Must be in San Fernando Valley.
It still has $12k in the card.
I just have no use for it.
