Private room for rent Hi good morning names Malcolm (Macell) so this is a three bedroom apartment you will be getting your own private room there’s a laundry room included as you can see in the video and a big enough living room with a small balcony.
Your room will be the one with the stand in shower inside the room and the room with the bathroom outside .
As for the lease length it’s a yearly lease but when you come in which is in December or January it’s until July and I’m planning to stay here for five years so there’s always the option to renew your portion of the lease if you choose to stay longer.
With you and me there will be a total of 3 roommates include when the third person comes in as well.
