HEATING: Separate heating in every room, so the electric bills are not massive! Summer doesn't require much, if any, heating, and air-conditioning is almost always unnecessary (cool on these grounds), but fans and an ionizer are available if needed.

This insures that the Room is yours (and that I don't rent the Room to anyone else even if they should offer more money or give some persuasive reason).

Then we have a month-to-month Agreement - which is the more important Agreement since you are a "Roommate".
Upon leaving, you simply sign a Roommate-Release form with the property and I refund the bulk of your Security Deposit (to be explained upon meeting).

Even with a long-term rental, we can go month-to-month.
