This solid oak ball and claw desk has traditional chippendale style and design, it has a large silhouette, ball and claw feet, beautiful facade front, and antique oak finish.
This charming desk has a drop down desk writing area which works in a magically shrewd mechanical way once the drop down is let open the metal mechanism holds the drop down writing area, the inner area of the drop down is a hutch that divided cabinet with amazingly cool small areas and additional sections for organization of letters paperwork or stuff ! this secretary desk boasts with old school workmanship dovetailed drawers on the lower section of the drawers come with original solid brass hardware.
My uncle used to live
in Brooklyn and he acquired this desk from a high end reputable store, eventually my uncle moved to Pasadena he brought his furniture along.
We inherited this desk secretary recently, however we happen to be in downsizing mode so we are looking for a good home or office to preserve this historical artsy furniture piece.
