I am attaching the sales info I have on my lots.
If you get a chance to look at the land, I suggest the following: If you are driving south, uphill on Beverly Glen Bl.
, you will go by Beverly Glen Terrace on your right.
My two lots start about 110 feet after that road.
They are up-slope from Beverly Glen Bl.
We have about 350 feet of frontage on Beverly Glen.
As you drive by our lots, you will then go around a hairpin turn, opposite Oakfield and Beverly Ridge.
The first driveway you will come to is a small private road called "No Name St.
".
You can turn right onto that street and go up about 100-200', to where the street makes a sharp left turn.
At that point, you can turn to your right, onto a small vacant lot, where you can park.
You will see a chain link fence on the west side of that little lot.
That chain link fence is the eastern edge of our property.
