Handiman (North Hollywood)

Handiman needed for routine calls to repair items at apartment building.
Should have some electrical, plumbing, painting and basic skillset and experience remodeling or repairing vacant units as needed.
Work might include some of the following if you are qualified, such as: hanging lighting fixtures, changing door locks, painting, cabinetry hardware, fixing sliding closet doors, maintenance or servicing of HVAC units, appliance repair, changing out exterior light bulbs, etc.
It is not necessary that one person knows all of the above and I am looking for a few people that I can call when needed.
Pay will be hourly for the work.
