$75 for 45 Minutes of your time | Male Fertility Clinical Trial | YO (Encino)

Medical Electronic Systems is a medical device company specializing in male fertility analyzers.
The company is running clinical trials on our new YO Home Sperm Test product and needs 300 healthy donors 19 to 45 years of age (who have NOT had a vasectomy) to provide samples and test them using our new YO device.
The trial will take place between January 30th and February 2nd in Encino.
Compensation: - $75 by PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.
There will be no Cash on-site.
- A free fertility test with a live video of your sperm.
Here are the details of the trial for your consideration: - You can sign up for one of 5 Sessions held each day of the trial (8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm).
- You may only participate one time.
- Collection cups and instructions will be mailed to you before the trial.
- Your samples must be collected right before you visit the trial site.
- The Clinical Trial will take about 45 Minutes.
- The trial location is a residence (house) designed to simulate an At-Home testing environment.
When you arrive at the Trial Site with your semen sample: - You will be asked to review and sign a "Donor Consent" form.
- You will watch a HOW YO WORKS short training video, then test your sample using the YO Home Sperm Test.
- You will complete an exit questionnaire about your experience with the YO Home Sperm Test.
- Your information and test results will be kept 100% private.
- Samples are only used to compare two YO devices and a laboratory analyzer.
