As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Paving, Grading, and Concrete Estimator to join our team.

*Responsibilities:*
*Estimating Jobs:*
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for paving, grading, and concrete projects based on project specifications, drawings, and other relevant information.
* Conduct on-site assessments to gather necessary data for estimating purposes.
* Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
*Proposal Development:*
* Develop detailed and competitive proposals for clients, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and project methodologies.
* Present proposals to clients, addressing questions and concerns to secure project contracts.
*Client Communication:*
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
* Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Paving, Grading, and Concrete Estimator in the construction industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to speak both Spanish and English
* Familiar with ADA compliance
* Familiar with sealcoating, crack filling, and chip sealing
