Senior Estimator

Seeking an expert *Xactimate Estimator *who enjoys working collaboratively with other estimators and project managers.
Excellent communication and time management skills are required.

*Primary Responsibilities:* * Project initiation, analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.
* Emergency services & reconstruction Xactimate estimating.
* Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects.
* Deliver consistent and well-defined initial estimates.
* Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades.
*Necessary Experience and Skill Set:* * Minimum 5 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
* Superb customer service track record * Effective written and oral communication * Proficient use of Xactimate™ estimating software is required.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Team Player *Preferred Experience & Qualifications:* * Xactimate Level 3 Certification * IICRC Certifications in WRT, ASD, FSRT, MRS.
* Previous large loss adjuster is a plus.
* Previously building expert or consultant is a plus.
