Customer Service Representative

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Rep to join our team.
You'll be working from our office located in Pacoima, CA.
This position offers the following compensation: $17-$19 an hour based on qualifications.

The Customer Service Rep will process orders from the quote stage through delivery and installation.
Such duties include, coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful order.
Occasional phone calls with clients to discuss order details.
Communicating effectively between multiple parties, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities: Assist with order documents Enter order details into QuickBooks Verify details to ensure accuracy Prepare and monitor the different stages of an order Develop efficient workflows ensuring timely completion of tasks Required skills and experience: Previous experience in an office setting Date Entry / Order processing QuickBooks experience is a plus! Excel experience Professional demeanor and versatile people skills to work effectively with clients via phone and email Ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure consistent and time completion of tasks and projects Previous construction experience is a plus! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
