We have a turnkey fully equipped medical aesthetics office and we are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to help to grow and expand our practice.
*\*\*Job Overview:\*\** As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive aesthetic services to our patients.
Working in collaboration with our Physician, you will contribute to the overall success of our practice by managing the aesthetic arm of our practice, and delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and ensuring a positive patient experience, while continuing to grow our patient panel.

Misra who loves to educate and offers (not limited to) * Microneedling * Botox/Dysport * Medical Weight Loss * Skincare Products *\*\*Responsibilities:\*\** 1.
\*\*Perform Aesthetic Procedures:\*\* Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments and procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

\*\*Patient Consultations:\*\* Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, assess skin condition and type, and recommend appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with Dr.
Misra.

\*\*Collaborative Approach:\*\* Work closely with Dr.
Misra to coordinate and integrate aesthetic treatments with medical procedures, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive approach to patient care.
4.
\*\*Maintain Safety Standards:\*\* Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and patients.
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
5.
\*\*Educate Patients:\*\* Educate patients on skincare routines, pre and post-treatment care, and available products to enhance and maintain results.
6.
\*\*Team Collaboration:\*\* Collaborate with other members of the medical team, including nurses and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
7.
\*\*Sales and Operations:\*\* Work closely with Dr.
Misra and the marketing team to bring in new clients, and retain and keep existing clients happy, while selling products and services that they love.

*\*\*Qualifications:\*\** 1.
\*\*State License:\*\* Hold a valid California state license as a Medical Aesthetician.
Preferential Opportunity for those that hold a valid California state Driver’s License.

\*\*Certifications:\*\* Possess relevant certifications in aesthetic procedures and treatments.
3.
\*\*Experience:\*\* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in a variety of aesthetic procedures.
Also will consider highly motivated, ambitious and collaborative new graduates with a self starter mentality.
4.
\*\*Interpersonal Skills:\*\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
5.
\*\*Attention to Detail:\*\* Meticulous attention to detail in performing aesthetic procedures and maintaining accurate patient records.
6.
\*\*Professionalism:\*\* Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
*\*\*Benefits/Compensation\*\** CAPACITY TO EARN $300K/Year! Monthly office space rental and/or mobile office rental - negotiable on use, and dependent on client/patient retention/attrition.
Commission split 50-50 to start with improved compensation split as targets and milestones are hit and as the practice grows.
