All Body Balance is a boutique wellness center in the heart of Encino on lively Ventura Blvd.
Currently we have a great room available for full time or part time use.
The room is large with plenty of space for a spa table, storage, and anything else you might need.
The suite is on the 4th floor of a commercial building that has an incredible lobby area.
Inside the suite, we have a nice waiting room for clients and a shared office space with a workstation.
A designated parking garage is available for staff and clients as well.
All Body Balance is a sacred space where people come to relax and heal.
We currently do massage therapy, lymphatic drainage and acupuncture out of our wellness center.
We are looking for a licensed practitioner in the holistic health and wellness industry to expand our holistic healing services further and help make the world a healthier and more beautiful place.
If you work in Reiki, Reflexology, Body Healing/Body Maintenance, Acupuncture, Psychology, or any other healing therapy, you'd be a perfect fit!
You are more than welcome to bring in your own clientele, and as a bonus, we have longstanding and loyal clientele that we are more than happy to refer to our new tenant.
Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just getting started with your business, we can help you grow!
Storage space available and flexible leasing contract (6 months-1 year)
$1500/month full-time rental (open to negotiation) OR $800/month part-time (4 days/week)
