Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities: - Assist and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities - Ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with the kitchen staff, servers, and other team members - Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Collaborate with the management team to create and implement marketing initiatives Experience: - Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations - Proven track record in team management and supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions - Proficient in cash handling procedures If you are a passionate individual with strong leadership skills and a background in the restaurant industry, we would love to hear from you.
