*Job Description and Summary* Your initial interactions with our leads will directly contribute to growth of the practice.
The right candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background.
The practice is a warm, welcoming place, and this is a fun and challenging role! Our Sales Consultants are vital to driving sales by promoting our services.
You are a highly motivated individual with strong sales and social media skills, and highly driven to call incoming leads.
Leads include new patients generated from our marketing efforts, or former patients.
You will initiate contact via phone, text or social media channels to discuss treatment options and concerns, educate the patient on our services, earn their trust and get them booked for their treatment or consultation with a provider.
*Front Office Sales Representative Responsibilities:* Our new Front Desk Sales Associate will be an outgoing and positive individual, who enjoys in-person sales, can multi-task very well, and who knows how to use and navigate Microsoft office, including Excel, Instagram and salon or spa scheduling.
_Manage the customer experience from beginning to end:_ Initiate sale process by immediately following up with warm leads and conducting an initial consultation leading to appointment, Close sales by building rapport and connecting emotionally with the patient, Overcome objections Educate patients on treatments, provide value, Utilize education and materials from our internal training provided to you to convert leads into patients, Manage the lead generation process, Work with existing patients to generate new business, Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have expressed interest in treatments, but never booked, Drive sales to achieve monthly targets.
Answer phone calls, make appointments, greet members/guests.
Sell retail products ,memberships and gift cards.
Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance, reminder calls to clients, follow up .
*Front Office Sales Representative Skills & Qualifications :* -Sales Experience: Previous sales experience with a proven sales track record is a MUST - Communication/ Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with patients, peers and management; ability to overcome objections and close sales - Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and perform several tasks at the same time; ability to work independently and in a team environment -Social Media Management and engagement We are seeking individuals who are professional and have good communication skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
