A home full of professional ladies seeking a 4th roomate! January 1st!! 1/1/2024 3 females currently occupy a clean, beautiful and quiet home with a large backyard (ages:25-35) Looking for someone around the same age, employed, nice and respectful.
We understand 4 girls might sound a lot to live with but we're all sweet and respect each others space.
The home is usually quiet as we all have jobs and some go to school.
Must be ok with 1 sweet trained dog who will love you every time you come home :) Sorry no more animals allowed determined by our landlord.
Must be ok with sharing a bathroom.
We all split utilities equally every month usually ranges between $100-150+ every month.
