A pretty, cute, completely furnished master suite for one female, including your own private en-suite bath, balcony, and huge walk-in closet is available for a colleague who is also a fellow college-degreed, salaried, full-time business professional working outside of the home.
The former model home is located near beautiful, safe, downtown Thousand Oaks in a newer, quiet, upscale complex of other professionals.

The lease includes hi-speed internet, a laundry room inside the house, use of a vacuum if you want, and of course, full house and kitchen privileges, including use of the fridge, microwave, oven, cabinet space, dinnerware, and Tupperware.
Lite kitchen use.
$50 toward utilities: gas, electricity, water, internet, trash, housecleaning, gardener, etc.
A compatible housemate is someone who is always rent-punctual, mature, responsible and honest; and knows how to keep the bathroom and kitchen clean after use because we keep our place always very neat, clean, organized and tidy for everyone to enjoy✨.
This household supports and works well for someone who is focused on a goal of ascending in their career.
We want our roomie to feel at home, relaxed, and to feel comfortable and free to be honest and open to communicate if they’re bothered, worried, or concerned about something (instead of being passive-aggressive and making the vibe weird and awkward, lol🐶).
