We are located just south of Ventura next to the Wholefoods on Greenleaf & Noble.
I am looking for a roommate that has some kind of consistent job or is in school.
Drug free is preferred but if you have a medical condition that a doctor recommends medical marijuana or are a light social drinker that is fine.
I am a music teacher, have a small online music store and am a music teacher.
The house is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house that is south of Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks.
I pretty much am using the back 2 bedrooms as my office and bedroom and the dogs use the gated den as their room.
You would be the only other roommate and would have the living room as your bedroom and your own bathroom next to the laundry room across from the kitchen.
Dogs & cats are welcome if they get along with my huskies.
The rest of the home is a common area and is free for you to use as well.
The rent is $1500, internet & utilities are included.
There is a parking spot in our driveway that you can use.
It is a 6 month lease with a possible option to extend.
Deposit will be one month rent unless you have outstanding credit, savings, references etc and will be approved pending my landlord's approval.
