The rent is $1300 per month including utilities, laundry, and WiFi.
The deposit is equal to 1 month's rent, plus $45 for the cost of your credit, criminal background check, and eviction records.
The lease is month-to-month (but looking for a long-term tenant).
An ideal roommate must have good credit and pass a background check.
