Full kitchen, air conditioning, wifi-internet and Cleaning crew cleans Kitchen, bathroom and public area twice a month.

One Private bedroom with shared bathroom:$1000 plus$200 flat utilities fee, wifi, cleaning service to kitchen, bathrooms and public areas.
Deposit: one month rent.
