$662 Shared room available for CSUN Student (Northridge)

Hello! I have a shared room (all male apartment) available for 662.
50$ (includes water costs) about 5 min drive from campus.
The address is 18300 Napa St.
It’s a two bedroom (two guys per bedroom).
It’d come mostly furnish (just need to bring a mattress for the bedframe).
We’d like another students to join us as we plan to stay there for the spring semester.
It’s a month to month tenancy.
