Previously there was one cat living here so if anyone is allergic, there was of course a thorough cleaning but still wanted to disclose!
The landlord lives nearby and is the VP of the HOA board for the community, so he can quickly help with any issues that come up and is well-positioned to deal with any larger issues that come up in the community for you.
