Washer and dryer are included, WIFI, hardwood flooring, air conditioning, plenty of refrigerator space, and bathtub.
The home is kept extremely clean and maintained, you are only responsible for your room.
No more pets are allowed at all, and no guests over please.
Smoking is fine.
This room is available for one person only, no couples.
