This is a room in a 4 bedroom townhouse with laundry in the garage.

Utilities split among 4 roommates total and ranges between 100-120 for every 2 months.
The other 3 roommates are clean, quiet, respectful guys who are also working class people not parties and are 420 friendly.
We just want to find one more person who is respectful of common areas, has a job outside working from home and keeps the common areas of the house clean and doesnt bring over a lot of people to the house.
