Pacific views from two verandas! Beautiful home near Neptune's Net up canyon 5 miles.
This is in Ventura Co! About 30 min from Camarillo.
I have a furnished bedroom, and shared bath.
Unfortunatley there is not a closet, but I do have multiple dressers, an amore that could possibly be used to hang, and have multiple hooks organizer behind door.
Home is about 1550 sq ft.
Really is an intimate setting as bathroom is what seperates the 2 bedrooms, and living room/dining room is an open sort of floor plan.
I also have a sunroom! The house has a lot of French doors, which creates a lot of privacy from closing the kitchen off to the living room in the living room off to the bedrooms, etc.
The bedrooms are separated by a bathroom and really they’re very pretty soundproof from the bathroom being a buffer in between the two rooms The only thing you hear in the bedroom would most likely be the bathroom area .
I have a fireplace, BBQ, firepit, multiple outdoor seating areas.
It's A-MAZING!
Here is my intention of what I would like in a housemate, of course this not a dealbreaker unless I have asterick * by it.
* Employed, quiet, clean, respectful, responsible, stable, good references, decent credit, clean background, has no dogs, not alergic to animals.

Ideally this is a good fit for someone, that maybe works in Santa Monica or LA that normally lives in Ventura Co.
, as this would be a little closer commute.
I prefer a house mate that doesn't work remotely as A/C bill can be nuts in the hot months.
I have an entire wall of windows in living room with Pacific View and it heats up in July-Dec.
Utilities and Internet are incuded rent.
So I do need someone mindful of keeping costs down.
I have to admit I'd love a house mate that travels for their job some of the time.
As it free up house for me to entertain guests.
I have rent set $900-$1100 (neg) depending in schedule, habits, on time rent payment.
The box would not allow me to have multiple $$ amounts.

I am for sure a pet friendly house, but we are at our maximum here.
