$1,000 Everyone beware so you don't get scammed (Canoga park)

To all of my good people, beware!! These people of today will scam you and take your last dollar without a care in the world.
I just wanted to warn all of the hard working honest people like myself.
If someone is asking for an application fee prior to viewing the unit, then it's most likely a scam.
I don't care if it's a refundable $1, it's not honest.
No upstanding landlord would ask for your personal information without even viewing the unit.
Despite how nice they sound, it's just a scam to get your bank information.
I just wanted to warn all of my good honest people like me who just looking for an honest room to rent.
Stay safe out here and use discernment.
The bad people and bad intentions are developing rapidly.
