I am a guy with a room for rent in my noho home.
The home is 2800 sqft, has 4 bedrooms.
I am currently only looking to rent out 1 room.
I use the other two rooms as office space for a business I run with one of my brothers.
You will get full use of the house,pool table, kitchen back yard, cable TV, Wifi, hottub and wet bar.
(It is always stocked with beer, tequila and bourbon.
)! There is off street parking and possible garage space can be negotiated with the rent.
I am not in a rush to fill the room, just looking for the right dude to live with.
I do prefer a male versus a female since I am just out of a long term relationship and would prefer to have no drama in the house.
But, I am open to consider.
