Looking for a roommate! No pets 😞 I already have a cat! Basically looking for one roommate to share my giant place in Sherman oaks.
I am male in my 30s super lay back and relaxed.
The place will be divided, you get two large bedrooms with a private bathroom and lots of closet space, and of course shared kitchen.
You can make your work space or living room with one of the other bedrooms.
The rent will be $1700 a month.
It will be available June 1st! There is a door that divides the space.
Looking for someone that is mindful, clean and super respondable.
I tend to go to bed by 11pm usually.
The place is super central and it’s walking distance from the movies, restaurants, bars, etc.
the parking is good but you can always get a parking permit to park anywhere for only $20 a month.
Utilities are extra but they are super affordable too! internet is $25 a month, gas about $10 and water & power every other month.

No couples also I’m only looking for one person.
My cat is super cool he is indoor and very loving dude.
There is about 18 units and its a super quiet complex.
Pool included and washer/dryer as well.
Secure deposit of $1700 will be required as well.
