Job Summary: We're My Influencers at? We are seeking people with a good social following, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive experience at our dispensary.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dispensary - Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of different cannabis products - Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and regulations - Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures - Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed - Keep the dispensary clean and organized at all times - Follow all safety protocols and adhere to legal requirements -Assist with opening and closing standard operating procedures (SOPs) -Maintain sales floor, including restocking merchandise and cleaning/organizing displays -Meet sales quotas -Sticker Inventory -Daily/Weekly Inventory Counts -Update Don Verdy’s Instagram -Street Team/ Gorilla Marketing -Update Product Cards on Trees/Weedmaps Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products - Proficient in retail math for accurate transactions - Familiarity with technology sales and ability to assist customers with product demos - Cash handling experience - Treez with attention to detail - Basic math skills for inventory management and calculations - Multilingual abilities is preferred -Knowledgeable of cannabis basics including products, strains, and consumption methods -1-3 years retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry -Friendly, personable, and service-oriented -High school diploma -Passionate about learning and staying current on cannabis products and trends -Minimum 21 years of age -Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID -Must pass any and all required background checks -Weedmaps preferred -Metrc Experience Preferred If you are passionate about cannabis, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a retail environment, we encourage you to apply.
