The Closet Trading Company is a premier resale and consignment boutique.
We offer a carefully curated collection of your favorite contemporary/luxury labels at a fraction of retail prices.
We currently have six locations with more opening this year.
Santa Barbara is our first store and we have been in Southern California since 2003.
Our location in Westlake Village is currently seeking a General Manager who can describe themselves as fashion forward, motivated, passionate, outgoing and a natural leader.
Basic responsibilities include: - Deliver exceptional customer service - Drive retail sales - Actively hire and train staff - Develop team members to ensure efficiency and compliance - Manage daily operations Our ideal candidate has: - Extensive knowledge of high end / designer brands and labels - At least one year managing a fashion store or boutique - At least two years working in fashion retail with a strong customer service focus - Experience working in a fast paced environment - Experience with hands on training and ongoing staff development - Strong critical thinking skills when it comes to problem solving - The ability to handle high stress situations professionally and calmly Experience in a resale / consignment environment is very much a plus!
