Friar Tux is currently interviewing candidates for Manager in Training position in our Woodland Hills Location.

Managers are responsible for meeting sales goals, maintaining store display appearance, training employees, assisting customers, and marketing/networking with local groups and schools.
We expect our management team to run their stores to top potential and pay commission and bonuses based on performance.
Candidates must have great people skills, enjoy working in a team and be able to handle any customer service situation.
*Skills/ Requirements:*
* Availability to work 35 - 40 hours per week
* 1 year or more in a supervisory position
* 1 to 2 years of sales experience
* 1 to 2 years customer service experience
* Strong sales background
* Proven leadership ability to set goals, give direction and manage a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
