is seeking a resident Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our complex.
Qualifications: • Proven, extensive experience in apartment management.
• Understanding of the real estate industry and rental laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle and resolve tenant concerns effectively.
• Knowledge of property management software.
Duties: • Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
• Handle tenant relations, including leasing.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Manage rent collection, lease negotiations, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
