Cake Mortgage Corp is actively seeking a talented & motivated Loan Opener who specializes specifically in QM, Non-QM and DSCR products.
As a mortgage Opener, you will be responsible for the initial opening of a mortgage loan.
Assisting processing or the account management team with retrieval of documents to move the mortgage loan through the origination milestones and partnering accordingly to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Requirements:
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Order and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
Set up multiple types of mortgage loans including, Non-Agency, DSCR, VA, FHA, Conventional and USDA.
Follow up and track al pending orders to ensure information is gathered in correct time frame.
Review File Manager and place documents into the appropriate eFolder’s.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years’ of retail or wholesale loan processing experience
2+ years’ experience working with LOS, Encompass
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Proficient with Microsoft Office automated underwriting systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize time management
Continuous focus on the customer experience
