Property Coordinator & Property Inspector

Hiring for a fun, fast past job.
Your role is to inspect homes by marking down repairs and taking pictures when tenants move in and out of properties.
You will be managing properties repairs as they come in from tenants, owners, and associations.
You will learn how to process work orders and assign or dispatch work orders to vendors for repairs to be fixed on homes too.
You will be doing a lot of follow up on work orders to make sure vendors complete the job and create bills to be paid.
California Real Estate License is not required but very helpful if you have it especially with more advancement opportunities within the company.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
