We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer, with a book of business, to join our team.
We are an Independent Escrow Office and have been in business over 20 years and looking to expand our business in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Pay is commensurate with experience! As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process for real estate transactions.
This includes coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
```Duties```
- Reviewing contracts and loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conducting credit analysis and verifying financial information
- Coordinating with lenders to obtain loan approval and funding
- Managing the disbursement of funds and ensuring all parties are paid accurately and on time
- Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the escrow process
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to each transaction
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an Escrow Officer with a following
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, loan origination, and mortgage servicing
- Familiarity with relevant regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
