*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in real estate markets.

* Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in due diligence processes, including property inspections, financial document review, and risk assessments.
* Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate assets, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, acquisitions, and asset management, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
*Qualifications:*
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
* Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysis techniques.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Experience with real estate databases and market research tools is a plus.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
