Maintenance Coordinator/Administrative Assistant—Part-time We’re a locally owned company that manages and maintains residential rental properties throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, and we are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Role Responsibilities: • Coordinate and follow-up on maintenance work requests • Communicate with Property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians • Ensure outstanding client relations and service (owners and residents) • Work with vendors involving work orders and accountability • Administer property inspections, take pictures, process inspection reports Ideal Candidate: • Appfolio property management software knowledge • Bi-lingual Spanish and English • Strong organization and prioritization skills • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail, task oriented, problem solver • Basic Microsoft program knowledge and computer skills • Car with insurance and clean driving record Why work at Prellis Property Management: • A culture of support and service • Honesty, integrity and a positive attitude • Work accountability and life balance What we offer: • Part-time (30 +/- hours per week) $19-$22 +/- per hour, Depending on qualifications, plus paid mileage • Please apply by emailing resume and cover letter
