90s indie, post punk, shoegaze band seeking a 2nd guitarist (North Hills (20 mins from Hollywood))

We are influenced by 90's and current shoegaze style music.
We are a guitarist, drummer and bass player/singer that play together in another band but are looking to do something new as well.
We are looking for an experienced guitar player that knows what shoegaze music is (experience playing that type of music and a decent pedalboard is a plus) so we are all on the same page.
You MUST be available to practice and play shows when they come up.
Please keep that in mind when replying to this post.
We have had issues with other band members with family or other personal obligations on Saturdays taking priority over being able to practice.
We have all pro gear, amps you can use and our own place to rehearse and professionally record.
We are in our early 40s so would prefer someone not too young but are open if you are a cool person.
We all have jobs and such but want someone that is mature and committed enough to practice weekly and record and play shows eventually.
We are very committed and have the resources to make this something bigger so no flakes.
We are laid back and like to hang out, go to shows, etc.
as well so no egos or uptight folks.
This is a new project for us so you will have a lot of artistic freedom.
