Play like James Calvin Wilsey? (Encino)

We are an original band looking for a tasteful, minimal lead guitarist who can cover some territory in the area of James Calvin Wilsey, the guitarist on the first four Chris Isaak albums.
So, melodic, no much distortion, reverb, delay, tremolo, vibrato, etc.
We play quite a bit and get some pay, but what we get goes back into the band.
You won't have to cover or recording costs, but you won't get rich either.
Maybe you'll get rich on the publishing someday, but no promises.
We are pretty good though.
We have released one album and are working on material for the second.
