Celestion 12" Speaker Cabinet Groove Tubes 2x12 - $495 (Santa Clarita)

Rare Groove Tubes 2x12 guitar speaker cabinet.
In excellent shape; loaded with 2 x 12" Celestion speakers.
One G12K-85 and one Groove Tubes Classic Clone CC-12-8 (Groove Tubes branded speaker on a Celestion basket stamped G12K-85).
The speakers are made in Ipswich, England UK.
8 ohms each; efficient, clear and sonically even.
Currently wired in parallel for 4 ohms total with 170W of power handling.
Can be rewired in series for 16 ohms.
Cabinet is very resonant and open-sounding.
Semi-floating, angled speaker baffle.
Can be configured for closed back or partially open.
Asking what I payed for it, which is $495.
I am not the original owner.
I originally wanted a "grab-and-go" extension cab for my Germino (not included), but after spending some time with it I need to look for something that is a bit tighter and moves more air.
The previous owner did not disclose to me that the Classic Clone mounting lip is bent due to being overtightened - I discovered this via my own inspections after buying it.
I'm not thrilled about it, but at least the new owner will not be surprised and can consider that when making an offer.
The other speaker appears to be in excellent condition.
