Home Health & Hospice Care Agency seeking Home health experienced LVN's for office in Chatsworth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a current CA LVN license.
Must have a CA Driver's License with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and is in good working order.
Physical Examination (within the last 1 year) PPD Test (within the last year) or Chest X-Ray (within the last 2 years) CPR/BLS Certificate Have satisfactory references from previous (or current) employers and/or nursing school, and professional peers.
Have excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision; has good organizational skills.
