Part Time Calabasas, CA We have a terrific opportunity for a Benefits Coordinator who wants to join our team in our Calabasas office (this position is not remote).
What You’ll Do Review acquired documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify and create requests to achieve complete patient file Calculate patient responsibility based on individual insurance policies Review and update patient accounts with current doctor information Maintain compliance standards for all documents received in accordance with insurance guidelines Maintain individual and departmental goals to achieve successful metricsOther duties as assigned How You’ll Stand Out Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload with frequent interruptions Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Demonstrated attention to detail and follow up Working knowledge of MS Office Suite High School graduate or GED required
