Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a treatment coordinator to assist in daily patient care and treatment planning.
Must be a self starter, can work independently, and be motivated.
The position will provide various Treatment Coordinator duties.
Job Responsibilities: * Present treatment plans and assist patients with financial arrangements.
* Have knowledge of coordinating benefits for HMO, PPO, and Denti-Cal * Working collaboratively with front office staff to book schedules for restorative and specialty doctors * Audit and prepare charts for next business day * Must have knowledge in booking a schedule with revenue projections to meet revenue goals * Have knowledge in processing 3rd party credit applications and set up payment plan * Open dental experience is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic work environment * *Must have at least 2 years of dental experience to apply for this job.
