Aesthetic Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinater

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator to join our Medical Spa team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and ensure efficient patient care and flow in a Clinical Medspa setting.
Responsibilities: - Assist healthcare providers with patient treatments and procedures -Take notes during consultations and on treatment plans.
-Taking notes on treatments done and products used for proper charting.
- Perform intake of new patients making sure to record patient information accurately and take Photos prior to any treatment.
- Administer numbing cream as directed by physicians and RN.
- Be Attentive to patients needs and help with comfort measures and pain control during treatments.
- Handle medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records accurately and efficiently -Help with fast flow between patients from start to finish while maintaining a calm demeanor.
-Prepare for specific treatments.
- Provide excellent patient service.
-Take payments efficiently and apply any discounts mentioned during consultation And apply rewards points.
-Follow up on patients after procedures.
-Respond quickly to patient calls and texts, knowing how to prioritize.
Requirements: -Bilingual In Spanish strongly preferred - Previous experience in a Medical Spa or Dermatology office is preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and sanitary measures.
- Proficiency in customer service - Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks and supplies, making sure clinic is always stocked before Patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to RN and a compassionate attitude towards patients.
-Be proficient with pictures and social media content Editing and posting.
