The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.
The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.

Specialties: Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit, Asset-Based Financing, SBA Loans, and Specialized Financing, Real Estate Loans, Cash Management Services, International Services JOB SUMMARY: Through personal efforts, and the efforts of officer and support staff, responsible for the generation of Core Deposits, Fee Income, and lower middle market Loan referrals ($1MM and under) consistent with assigned business production and relationship management goals for the area.
Will lead and support the efforts of assigned staff toward meeting assigned profitability and growth goal objectives.
Will ensure customer growth, profitability and customer satisfaction through pro-active business development and relationship management efforts.
Industry experience in the area of Fiduciary and Trust & Estate Banking is a plus but not a requirement to be considered for the position.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to manage multiple sales offices.
Assist staff with sales efforts.
Maintain and manage staff to Sales Plan.
Assist and or sponsor new loan and deposit relationships as needed to “close”.
Reports Sales Plan measurement to CBD/RVP as necessary.
Assigned to A-B-C customers.
Retention calling program.
Customer Service issues – attend to or quarterback.
Cross Sell activities.
Liaison with all branches and/or MB Departments for service needs and resolutions.
Decision making process for all issues.
Leverage relationship for referral sources.
Assigned (standardized) Sales Activity Plan – weekly-monthly-annual.
Assigned individual Profitability, Deposit, Loan, Fee Income and Referral goals.
Source own business from database.
Deposit focused marketing efforts.
Responsible for the Area financial performance, to include: Profitability, Deposit, Loan, Fee Income Growth, Referrals, and Annual Budgets POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 15 years banking experience at least half of which should be in a managerial capacity.
A record of success in sales generation (deposits, loans fee income) is required.
Knowledge of credit underwriting in lower middle market is strongly preferred, though not necessarily acquired through direct lending experience.
Skills/ Qualifications: Must be able to review court order and legal documents, work with legal, compliance and operations in executing the new accounts process and meet with professionals and their clients to sign new account documents.
Requires experience in the planning and attendance of conference events and managing conference vendor relationships.
Strong sales presentation and networking skills required and must be available for overnight travel.
Proven leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and strategic capabilities and professional interpersonal skills are essential, in order to successfully perform at the level required.
Must be high energy, self-motivated and have a desire to succeed based on a combination of own and team efforts.
Basic knowledge of Bank systems, PC skills such as Word and Excel.
