IT Manager: Remote

The Role As the IT Manager at Alsana, you will be responsible for all aspects of IT.
You will provide key leadership in operational functions including budgeting; optimization; as well as supporting corporate development activities, and strategic acquisitions.
In addition, you will have responsibility for management of external technology vendors and improving IT strategy and solutions.
Responsibilities · Monitor and manage the performance of Alsana’s managed service provider (MSP) to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed-upon SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Collaborate with the MSP to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's technology landscape to effectively guide the MSP's efforts.
· Act as the primary point of contact for the MSP, facilitating communication between the service provider and internal teams.
· Oversee the MSP's adherence to security protocols and compliance requirements, ensuring that data integrity and system reliability are maintained.
· Coordinate with the MSP for timely resolution of technical issues and escalation of critical incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of the MSP's services and provide feedback to drive enhancements and corrective actions when necessary.
· Stay informed on emerging IT trends and technologies that may benefit the organization or require strategic adjustments in service delivery.
