Duties - Design and implement comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels within the organization - Develop and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized programs to address those needs - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development - Create and deliver engaging training content using a variety of methods, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and virtual training platforms - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants - Collaborate with HR to develop and implement a recruiting strategy that attracts top talent to the organization - Implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the company - Oversee the development of training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations - Communicate regularly with employees to promote the value of ongoing learning and professional development - Manage talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement Requirements *- Must have A minimum of 5 years in a training capacity in a national QSR or Fast Casual brand* - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education.
Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program design, LMS administration, recruiting, succession planning, content development, research, and training development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
- Ability to educate and inspire employees to embrace a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.
